I believe my treatments are more than just a massage, and that the benefits go far beyond simply releasing tight muscles & releasing those sticky, troublesome areas we all have. My treatments give all systems of the body time & space to release, relax, reset & rejuvenate. After a touch therapy session with me, you will feel lighter, brighter & freer than you did before.

A powerful process of combining the two modalities. Session structure: Talk then touch. Space to talk around your feelings/emotions then time for me to physically & energetically release those emotions through the massage.

    Deep Tissue Massage

    Deep Tissue Massage focuses on the deep layers of muscle in the body. It works by using slow and firm massage strokes targeting the individual muscle fibres. Deep Tissue Massage works by breaking down adhesions, increasing the flow of blood to muscles and helping to reduce inflammation in the body.

    Sports Massage is designed to help active people before, during and after training. It is useful for anyone who exercises, or engages in a sporting activity, to increase flexibility, prevent injuries and accelerate healing after a sporting injury

  • Pregnancy/Prenatal massage

    Pregnancy Massage, or prenatal massage, can help you cope with the changes to your body that occur while you are pregnant. It can be especially useful to ease discomfort at a time when you can’t use some medicines or some other medical options. This type of natural touch therapy reduces overall stress, reduces swelling in the arms and legs, relieves muscle and joint pain in pregnant women.

  • Trigger point massage

    Trigger Point Massage is a form of remedial massage therapy in which direct pressure is applied to specified points on tender muscle tissue to bring about reduction in muscle tension and pain relief.

  • Myofascial release therapy (MFR)

    An alternative physical therapy that helps in the treatment of skeletal muscle immobility and pain by focusing on the release of muscular shortness and tightness. The fascia is a sheet of connective tissue that encloses muscles, covers underlying tissue, separates layers of tissue, and provides structural support for the skeletal system and soft tissues.

  • Cupping

    Cupping therapy is one of the oldest and most effective methods of releasing the toxins from body tissue and organs. Cupping works in eliminating pain, improving circulation and relieving tight muscles

  • Dry Needling

    A treatment technique whereby a sterile, single-use, fine filament needle (acupuncture needle) is inserted into the muscle to decrease pain and improve function through the release of myofascial trigger points (knots in the muscle)
